Your registration information has been successfully submitted. Once your place in the class is confirmed, you’ll receive a separate confirmation email from Cooke & Associates, Inc. Please review the details below regarding registration, payment, and our cancellation policy.
Registration Confirmation
Please note that submitting your registration form does not guarantee a spot in the class. Your registration will be confirmed only after payment has been received by our office and you receive a confirmation email. Payment must be completed at least 25 days prior to the start of the class to secure your spot.
Cancellation Policy
As space is limited, we ask that cancellations be made no later than 15 days before the class start date. To cancel, please email us at backgrounds@cookepi.com. If a cancellation is requested within 15 days of the class, no refunds will be issued, though we will credit your payment toward the next available class. Credits are valid for up to 12 months from the original class date.
If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another eligible participant at no extra cost. Please note that our cancellation policy will still apply, and you’ll need to inform the new participant of these terms. To transfer your registration, please email us from the same department email address used for your original registration, as only official department emails are accepted.
All decisions made by Cooke & Associates, Inc. are final.
