Robert’s responsibilities will encompass managing operations for both Protective Services and Public Safety Support, accelerating growth through expanding CAI’s presence in new geographies, development of new channels, and contributing to the company’s marketing and business strategies.
Robert brings to the role an extensive and esteemed career in law enforcement, with over 33 years of rigorous experience. Robert served the Santa Clara Sheriff’s Office with excellence since 1988, rising to roles of prominence, most recently serving as Sheriff’s Captain. He obtained an Associate of Arts Degree from West Valley College and completed his Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (P.O.S.T.) training at Evergreen College. In his professional capacity, he has undergone extensive and ongoing training through federal and state agencies covering a range of competencies spanning diverse skill sets such as intelligence operations, surveillance, counterterrorism, dignitary protection, and tactical/defensive driving. Robert is fluent in Arabic, driven and hands-on, with expertise in strategic operational streamlining.
